• Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on the location.
• Packaging: Plants are specially packaged to survive transit. Seeds are sealed in moisture-proof packs.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns on live plants unless they arrive damaged.
• If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at shameemvps124@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
